Bin is the co-founder and head of AI developer assistant at Google. He has been leading the generative AI for dev tools since 2018. It was started as a moonshot project at Google X which was transferred to Google. Now it powers multiple Google products, e.g. Search, Android Studio, Duet AI, Vertex AI and more. Before this Bin was the lead of Google X’s AI/ML team that is responsible for creating breakthrough technologies across many verticals including energy, agriculture, biotech, robotics, and beyond.
