Dr. Chin, an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine and a fellow of the Association of American Physicians, is a renowned cancer genomic scientist and leader in precision medicine. At Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, and the Broad Institute, Dr. Chin conducted research in cancer genomics, served on the executive subcommittee of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), and led its first project, establishing TCGA's team authorship and disease working group models. Throughout her career, Dr. Chin has championed the integration between research and care.
