People.ai

Oleg Rogynskyy is the Founder & CEO of People.ai, a $1 billion+ revenue intelligence company providing the world’s leading sales organizations with AI-powered insights to maximize efficiency and drive revenue in increasingly competitive markets. Since 2016, People.ai has been transforming how sales teams at companies like Zoom, Zscaler, and Okta boost pipeline creation, automate deal inspection and coaching, and tighten deal execution with AI. Founded on the theory that go-to-market teams would one day rely on AI to improve efficiency and make smarter decisions, Oleg and his team at People.ai have spent nearly a decade building a proprietary AI-training data set and purpose-built generative AI platform that are unmatched in the industry.

An expert in data science, machine learning, and text analytics, Rogynskyy is a veteran entrepreneur who has successfully built and led multiple start-ups from inception to scale. After founding Semantria, the world's largest cloud-based sentiment analysis solution, he oversaw its strategy and vision from early stages through successful acquisition. Semantria counted among its customers WHO's Global Public Health Intelligence Network (GPHIN) and Singapore's Horizon Surveillance System. After that, he joined H2O.ai’s senior leadership team before leaving to found People.ai.

Rogynskyy is originally from Ukraine and has spent the last two years deeply involved in supporting the fight of the Ukrainian people. For his efforts galvanizing support for Ukraine in the tech industry, Oleg was awarded the Order of Merit of Ukraine by President Zelensky in August 2023 (Presidential Order 595/2022).

He moved to the United States in 2000 to attend Boston University where he graduated Cum Laude. In 2018, Rogynskyy was recognized by Comparably as “Best CEO”, in 2021 he was named one of The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”, and he was also featured in Time Magazine’s “2022 Person of the Year: The Spirit of Ukraine” article.
